Van Ameyde’s Bob de Bruijn - Manager International Business Development - and Krzysztof (Kris) Jablonski - Managing Director VA CEE - gave a presentation at the 6th Annual Distribution Channels Forum – a conference organised by Uniglobal and held in Berlin on 10 and 11 May last.

At this annual event, representatives of all major European insurers, brokers and insurance industry companies discuss trends in today’s competitive business environment in order to achieve excellence in customer service. The Forum stands as the most important European spring event allowing its participants to meet, exchange views, discuss business and trends and define their strategies for development in various markets.

In their presentation, Bob and Kris mapped out the trends affecting the industry in order to become more customer oriented and showed how claims management can improve quality and effectiveness of processes in order to retain clients, irrespective of the distribution channels used.

The presentation was well received and resulted in an animated discussion during the Q&A session.
